What are Hocks hours?
Monday through Friday our doors are open at 3930 S Kelly Avenue, Portland, Oregon from 9:00AM - 4:00PM, and our phone hours are 9:00AM - 4:00PM.

How do I set up an account?

What are Hocks payment terms?
Our terms are NET 30 for customers with an approved credit application.  We will be happy to either email or fax a credit application to you.  Some customers prefer to pay when ordering, using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

Does Hocks require a minimum order?
At Hocks we have no minimum order requirement. But please keep in mind that, as a wholesale company, many of our products are ordered by a specified quantity or by the case.

Does Hocks have a restocking fee?
Yes, Hocks does have a 10% restocking fee, unless the returned product was defective. 

Return Policy

Products received defective will be replaced.

Products returned in new condition will be credited, minus a 10% restocking fee.

Does Hocks have quantity discounts?
We have quantity discounts on many items.  The quantity pricing may be found in HocksPro, the Customer Login section of our site, or call 503-274-9482.

How can I get pricing?

Does Hocks Products make the earplugs, or are orders sent elsewhere for processing?
Hocks Products has a full service earmold lab.  All orders sent to us are processed in our own earlab. 

I am having difficulty getting into the Login section. What am I doing wrong?

How do I clean my Noise Brakers?
Clean your Hocks Noise Brakers®, either Custom or Standards, with warm water and liquid soap, such as Dawn Dishwashing Liquid. Rinse with clear water. 

Allow to air dry completely before inserting the plugs into your ears.
